- Robert Allen was a KOTO Radio general manager, from 1986 until 1988, in Telluride, Colorado. In addition to being a manager, Allen also served the radio station as a bookkeeper, a music director, and more recently, has been a KOTO board member.

- Rancher, engineer, and marine veteran from Contra Costa County, California who moved to Grand Junction in November 1981 to work as an engineer for Chevron. He moved back to California sometime after the 1982 Black Sunday oil shale bust. He passed away in Discovery Bay, California on January 8, 2015 at the age of 89.
