- "Virginia Egger served as Telluride’s city manager before joining Seth Cagin to found Telluride Mountain School in January, 1999. Her two daughters, Kroger and Sophia Schwartz, were two of the school’s first students. Virginia has served on the boards of the Imogene Pass Run and Telluride’s MountainFilm Festival. An economics graduate from the University of Colorado, Virginia also attended the John F. Kennedy School of Government’s Summer Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government."
