- Elizabeth Bonduel "Baby Doe" (McCourt)Tabor
- Originally born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, she met her first husband Harvey Doe after moving to Colorado in the mid-1870's. After divorcing Doe because drank and gambled, Elizabeth moved to Leadville and met Horace Tabor, who was much older. While he was briefly a US Senator, Tabor married Elizabeth, a match considered scandalous during the 1880's because of Elizabeth's youth, and because Tabor had just divorced his first wife, to whom he had been married for 25 years.
