: Harvey D. Smith; He was born in Grand Junction, Colorado and went to school in Palisade. While he was in school, World War I broke out in Europe. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1914. Born December 30, 1895.

: Harvey M. Rose; From Anaheim, California. He moved to Grand Junction, Colorado in 1970 and served as the first personnel director and assistant to the city manager.He was the city manager of Grand Junction from December 1972 to May 1976. He resigned to become city manager of North Miami Beach, Florida.

: Harvey Mills Tupper; He was born in Illinois to Henry Tupper, a lawyer, and Clara M. Tupper, a homemaker. The US Census shows the family living in Grand Junction, Colorado by 1910, when Harvey was seven, and practicing medicine by 1930. He served as a doctor at Mrs. Comb’s nursery, delivering children. He was married to Barbara Grace Tupper. According to William "Bill" Rump of the Redlands, Tupper was the Secretary of the Redlands Company, the organization primarily responsible for the agricultural development of the area. Rump also describes him as a mule skinner, who ran a team of mules for the Redlands Company’s agricultural operations. He was a protegee of Charles Rump, Bill Rump's father.
