Hubert Atchison
Hubert Atchison was a career National Park Service employee who worked on the Colorado National Monument from 1936-1953, where he succeeded Thomas W. Secrest as the supervisor of Rim Rock Drive's construction. Certain road building employees, including Kenneth Thompson, recalled him being a taskmaster who pushed employees to work too fast in unsafe conditions.
