Mr. Hornbecker
The proprietor of the Hornbecker Store in Clifton, Colorado. He employed, at different times, both Fred Clymer and Glenn McFall. He also taught a Sunday School class, and owned a Ford that he would use to take the Sunday School class on field trips.
Mr. Mack
He ran the sawmill in Ridgway, Colorado in the early Twentieth century.
Mr. Silk
A Chinese-American who owned a restaurant on Main Street in the early Twentieth century. He used an abacus to calculate bills and debts. His restaurant was a popular destination for cowboys coming down from the Uncompahgre. They often got rowdy and broke his dishes. He would call the police and have them arrested.
Mr. Vail
Head of the Colorado Highway Department who was known as "The Highway Man."
