The ranch was owned and operated by Charles Sieber and possibly Frank Sleeper, who later owned the Sleeper Ranch. Eventually the ranch split up, and former employees of the ranch, such as Joe Pace and Roy Dunham, formed their own ranches. Charles Sieber was killed by cattle rustler Joe Harris in 1902. yes yes
