Hopkins and Howard Shults between 1936 and 1942. It was located on and around the land between Unaweep Avenue and Highway 6&50 on Orchard Mesa. Around 1940, Hopkins and Shults sold part of the land to the City of Grand Junction, which became Duckpond Park.
