Cunningham Ranch, Grand County, Utah Cisco Ranch 1884 Grand County Utah USA A ranch was situated on the Nash Wash. Originally owned by Bill Land in the early 1880s, it was then sold to Harry Bogart, who sold it to a man called Ballard, from England. Ballard sold it to the Turner family. Then, the Cunningham’s put their money into the ranch alongside the Turners. When the Turners died, it became the Cunningham Ranch. The ranch land had some gas on it that was mined by the Crystal Carbon Company. One of the wells on the land had its lease and pipes purchased by William Cunningham’s father in 1931 or ’32.
