<marmot:placeNotes>The Bull House was built for local doctor Heman R. Bull and his family. Bull, a resident of Grand Junction from 1897, had lived in other downtown locations with his wife Maude (Price) Bull and their children prior to having the home constructed. The exterior of the home appears to be of late Classical and Italianate design. It is protected by a national historic district designation by part of the North 7th Street Historic District.</marmot:placeNotes>
