Taylor Elementary School, Palisade, Colorado Palisade Elementary School 1957 689 Brentwood Drive Palisade Mesa Colorado 81526 USA Taylor Elementary School was built in 1957 by Mesa County Valley School District 51 as a replacement for the old Palisade School, a K-8 school that had been built in 1910. The new school was originally named Palisade Elementary School, but the name was changed to Taylor in 1960. The school was named for longtime Mt.
