It was owned by area skiing pioneer Roy Russel Sisac and his brother-in-law, Andrew Foster. Sisac and one of the Foster brothers left the business sometime around 1930 and returned to their chidhood home on the Grand Mesa to establish the Mesa Lakes Resort. yes yes
