Dick Cleveland recalls his Vail Town Council service, as well as his service in the Los Angeles Police Department, Vail Police department and as an investigator for the Fifth Judicial District Attorney.
Cleveland served on Vail Town Council served on Vail Town Council from 2001 to 2005. From 2003 to 2005, Cleveland served as Mayor Pro Tem. From 2007 to 2011, Cleveland was reelected to Vail Town Council and served as Mayor. Between 2015 and 2017, Cleveland was once again elected to Vail Town Council.
