Unfortunately, the oral history interview is missing, but here is a summary of the transcription: This document discusses the life and activities of Jim Clark/Butch Cassidy and his interactions with Judge Gilbett and the town of Telluride. Jim Clark/Butch Cassidy was involved in robberies and lawlessness in Telluride. Jim Clark worked as a laborer and deputy sheriff in Telluride. Jim Clark/Butch Cassidy helped the poor and disabled people in the town. Jim Clark was suspected of being involved in stagecoach robberies and had inside information. The town refused to rehire him as Marshal due to his participation in robberies. Jim Clark was involved in fights with other law officers in the town. The town council tried to dismiss Clark, but Judge Gilbett intervened and informed the authorities in Denver.
